🌟 The Swish Embassy Story 🌈

Swish Embassy began in 2009 after a series of trips to places like Provincetown, Fort Lauderdale, and Puerto Vallarta. While the nightlife and culture were electric, the shopping options told a different story. Too many graphic tees felt generic, poorly made, or disconnected from the community they were meant to represent.

Convinced there was room to do better, Dean founded Swish Embassy in a Toronto spare bedroom, hand-pressing shirts with sharper wit, better fit, and a clearer point of view. What started as a small experiment quickly grew into something much larger, spreading from one room to the next and gaining a devoted following.

By 2010, demand had outpaced the original setup. Swish Embassy paused to rethink how to grow responsibly while staying true to its creative roots.

In 2015, the brand relaunched with a renewed focus on scalability, quality, and cultural relevance. Production moved to professional facilities, allowing faster fulfillment and more consistent quality while keeping designs timely and expressive. When SwishEmbassy.com relaunched in September 2015, the collection began with just 25 products, including a few early favorites.

Growth accelerated quickly. Within a year, Swish Embassy expanded to tens of thousands of possible product combinations, shipping worldwide and reaching customers far beyond its original audience.

Today, Swish Embassy offers hundreds of designs across garments, colors, and sizes, resulting in hundreds of thousands of made-to-order combinations. Production and fulfillment now span the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, Japan, and China, with localized storefronts serving customers globally.
